What: Back To School Bash/El Mochillon

Hispano Exito’s Volunteer Team will be throwing a huge summer fun party for kids and families in Fort Worth, Texas. If you would like to volunteer for this deployment, please see below.

 

Volunteer information:

  1. Volunteers will have an opportunity to purchase a Hispano Exito T-Shirt during the registration process.
  2. Volunteer Ages: 13 to 17 with approval by parent/legal gaurdian. 18 and Up with acceptance of release/waiver below.

It is the policy of Hispano Exito to encourage minors to assist with Hispano Exito events. The activities of minors, however, is limited only to activities deemed safe and appropriate for minors by the Texas Workforce Commission Child Labor Laws. Minors must follow these restrictions: – Volunteers of the ages 13-17 years are allowed to assist with parental permission. Parents/legal guardians must release and hold harmless Hispano Exito for any liability for injury or illness to his/her dependent(s). The undersigned guardian(s) expressly waives any claim for compensation or liability arising from the injury or illness that the volunteer may sustain in connection with Hispano Exito. The guardian(s) hereby release Hispano Exito, its employees, agents, and volunteers in the event of injury or medical expense. Volunteers and Guardians do hereby grant all right, title, and interest in photographic images, and video or audio recordings, created by Hispano Exito or its agents, employees or volunteers, during the volunteer’s work for Hispano Exito. Interest may include (but not be limited to) any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from said materials. Furthermore, Volunteers (and Guardians) release Hispano Exito from any claim whatsoever that arises on account of any first aid, treatment, or services rendered. By submitting this form, you are indicating that you understand, agreend, a adhere to this volunteer release and waiver of liability. You are also agreeing that this form creates the equivalent of your electronic signature to be held legally binding with the same validity as your handwritten signature. This electronic signature may not be revoked, repudiated, or withdrawn as anything but legally binding.
